From Wednesday to Saturday
Four evenings a week for a relaxed experience, creative cuisine ranging from traditional Tuscan fare to modern Italian dishes. Our menu varies depending on the availability of products, sourced from local producers.

The Sunday brunch
Our brunch proposal is a journey to discover the gastronomic culture of different countries. A dessert buffet prepared by our kitchen and a breakfast of your choice from your favorite country. When the sun is still warm you can sit on the terrace, surrounded by the quiet of the garden. In the colder months, the room with the large fireplace acts as a backdrop: a welcoming, relaxing space where you can feel at home among friends. Have a look at the menu. Do you want to learn how to make authentic Italian fresh pasta? Step by step, our chef Michele will prepare with you the most typical dishes of Italian cuisine, sharing their secrets, the result of years of culinary experience.
Resident Chef Michele Berlendis is the heart of RIVA Lofts’ kitchen. A native Tuscan, after attending a technical institute specializing in hospitality in Florence he worked alongside the chef Filippo Saporito at the starred restaurant La Leggenda dei Frati. After refining his skills he moved to Berlin where he worked at the leading Italian restaurant Boccadibacco. Upon returning to Italy, he began his teaching career by personally running the renowned MamaFlorence Cooking School where he discovered a passion for teaching and sharing the secrets of cooking with students. After a long and solid collaboration alongside the starred chef Erez Ohayon, Michele decided to take over the kitchen of Riva Lofts to continue in teaching and expressing his own cuisine.
Michele loves to experiment with simple flavors so that the taste of the wholesome ingredients he uses can really shine through. She reinterprets classic recipes to give them a personal touch.
Riva Lofts is located in Via Baccio Bandinelli and overlooks the “rive gauche” of the Arno, directly opposite the historical “Parco delle Cascine”, to which it is connected by a peaceful public garden that flanks the riverbank. It is 2 km from the city centre and can be reached in about 10 minutes by taxi, by taking a beautiful walk (20/30 minutes), or with a vintage bike offered to guests by the hotel (10 minutes).
Just 200 metres away from our complex, guests will find the Paolo Uccello stop of the Tramvia T1 line.
