ANTI-COVID PREVENTION MEASURES ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES OF THE TUSCAN REGION FOR THE REOPENING OF ACCOMMODATION ACTIVITIES.

Below is a list of the measures that we have put in place for the reopening and that make Riva Lofts a safe accommodation facility:

All our lofts have independent entrance from the outside, there are no internal corridors.

Our living room and garden are very large for the capacity of the facility, so guests can stay distance from each other, even during full occupancy.

Breakfast is served in the room (upon request), in our living room or in the garden, as the distance between the tables is greater than that required, that is 1 mt.

The staff of Riva Lofts is used to work with absolute discretion and professionalism, and is also required to always wear a mask and gloves and to maintain the required distance. Rooms are cleaned only when guests are out and in any case it is always possible to request that no one enters the room. Our maintainers and suppliers coming from outside have an independent entrance and do not invade the spaces for receptive use.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Riva Lofts and is sanitized according to criteria defined by the authorities. A maximum of 5 people are allowed to enter the pool at the same time, in order to maintain the requised required by the authorities of one person per 7 square metres.
